Beautiful Sunsets

I went up to my parent's house the other day, and Jason woke up at 4 am, and didn't go back til the sun was rising. I thought, "This is my chance to get a picture of the sun rising, cuz I sure won't be up this early again. (At least if I can help it.)" But SADLY I had left my camera at home... So no sunrises... Just Sunsets!

Fruitland Sunrise

This is my attempt at getting up for a sunrise. It's taken out of my side door. I know, I'm lazy. It's still cool though.

Memorial Sunset

Brad mentioned we should do sunrises and sunsets to me last week, so before we even had our assignment, I took these last night. We had just finished our Memorial Day, neighbor get-together. This was the view in my back yard sitting around the fire.

This Land is Your Land...

This land is my land. These pictures are beautiful to me because these are the fields that I grew up in. This land is my land... well some of it was our land ;). This top picture is right behind my parents house and below is the upper west bench where I use to change pipe, well and sometime lay out to get a tan. #2
#3 Below is a picture of power house hill. My Grandpa's house is at the base of this hill.
The picture below again is right above our house, this is the piece of property that my parents want to build on. Brian and I even considered building here. I would love to build a home here someday, it is a beautiful spot. I love our family land and hope the rest of it will stay in the family. It is just beautiful! #4

Currant Creek

We took our Kayaks up to Currant Creek today and paddled around the lake. Here are a few shots that I took on our journey.

#2 This one is my favorite. I love the tree in the foreground.
#3 I really like this one.

#5 And this one works for reflections as well. It amazed me how even today, looking for landscapes I was still looking in all the water sources for a reflection. It's burned into my brain.
