Monday
I stole my idea from Jens Sunday post. I actually made dinner for my sweet husband for like the 3rd time in 6 months. YIKES!!! That's a long time. My excuse is we haven't really had a place on our own. Well here is what I made, one of Erik's and my moms favorites. My Tortilla Chicken Casserole... all the green makes it spicy!

Sideways... whatever doesn't matter it still looks good. Did I mention I would like the recipe for that. I have thought a lot about your food assignment idea, I think that would be fun. Post the food and the recipe. We will do that one soon.
