Really not my favorite pictures... I didn't have time to really decide how I wanted to take the picture and I don't think it looks as good as it did on my plate. The fresh mango salsa, cilantro salsa, and the abodo cream were incredible. Coleslaw on the side... it was great!

What assignment is going to be next? I'm ready to move on. I have had all the food pictures and recipes that I can handle for a LONG time.
