I finally got a chance to run to my sister-in-law's house and take some flower shots.

I love the detail in this one. When it is bigger you can see the pollen all over the petals and each individual yellow thing in the middle. Love it.

And just for fun . . . . . a grasshopper for your "enjoyment" . They were everywhere at her house and this is as close as I was about to get to it. Yuck.
