That boy is going to be a big boy... Check out his paws! I like the second one better, but with the first back ground... you see a little too much shadow in the second one, I like the black back ground better, it makes the tone really sharp!
I love the black background too. I bought a dark brown sheet to try for a backdrop, now I just need a subject!
